📦 Shipping Policy

🚚 Shipping and Processing All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. After this period, the order will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

🌍 Delivery Time We work with national and international suppliers, so delivery times may vary:

Brazil: 7 to 20 business days

International: 10 to 30 business days

The delivery time starts counting after the order is shipped, not including processing time. 

💰 Shipping The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout, according to the customer's address. In some cases, we offer free shipping on promotions or orders above a certain value.

📍 Order Tracking All orders have a tracking code, which will be sent by email between 3 and 7 business days after shipment. The customer can track the order directly through the website of the postal service or the responsible carrier.

⚠️ Possible Delays The stated delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to external factors such as: Strikes Logistical problems High demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) Customs inspection

📦 Deliveries and Incorrect Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete address. If the order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be required for resending.

📬 Delivery Attempts The postal service or carrier may make up to 3 delivery attempts. After that, the order may be returned to the sender.

🛃 Fees and Taxes For international purchases, customs fees may apply. If they occur, payment is the customer's responsibility.
